Director of Finance & Financial Operations

About the role

The Director of Finance & Financial Operations will lead Kanz 30’s finance function, partnering closely with senior leadership to shape financial strategy and ensure disciplined day‑to‑day operations. This role is responsible for delivering reliable financial management across reporting, cash‑flow, budgeting, forecasting and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the financial strategy and oversee all finance operations.
• Manage monthly financial reporting under IFRS/GAAP and lead the close process.
• Oversee cash‑flow, working‑capital and budget variance analysis.
• Develop and maintain financial models to improve forecasting accuracy.
• Own ERP/accounting systems, driving process optimisation and system enhancements.
• Ensure tax, audit and regulatory compliance across all jurisdictions.
• Provide strategic leadership, risk management and executive communication to support decision‑making.
