Digital Sales Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Digital Sales Specialist to drive B2B prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline growth. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Pre‑Sales, Marketing, and technical teams to match client needs with our digital solutions and convert opportunities into qualified business.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage new B2B prospects via LinkedIn, email, phone, referrals and inbound channels.
• Qualify leads by assessing business need, budget, decision‑making authority and buying readiness.
• Maintain a robust pipeline and conduct outbound cold‑outreach campaigns.
• Research target accounts, industries and decision‑makers to uncover opportunities.
• Segment audiences by industry, persona and propensity to buy.
• Support and optimise lead‑generation workflows and digital sales processes.
• Present company capabilities, handle objections and coordinate introductory meetings with internal teams.
• Collaborate with Marketing to improve campaigns and track lead‑generation KPIs.
• Continuously suggest improvements to sales administration and stay updated on market trends.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of experience in outbound sales, digital sales, lead generation or business development.
• Strong outbound prospecting, lead‑qualification and objection‑handling abilities.
• Analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach to improve results.
• Highly motivated, target‑driven hunter mentality with excellent communication skills.

Required skills

• LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar sales‑intelligence platforms.
• Familiarity with B2B prospecting tools and digital marketing/sales channels.
