Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

NeuroMarketing is a marketing firm that uses consumer behaviour insights to run data-driven campaigns. It is hiring a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Specialist in Majdelyoun, Saida, who plans, runs and optimises digital campaigns across social media, search and online advertising.

Key responsibilities

• Manage social media accounts and create and schedule content
• Monitor campaign performance and analyse web and marketing analytics
• Prepare reports with actionable insights
• Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns with brand guidelines and develop online marketing strategies
• Ensure consistent messaging across all platforms and stay up to date with digital marketing trends and tools

Required profile

• Solid digital marketing experience, including campaign planning, execution and optimisation
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, preferred
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to handle several projects in a fast pace

Required skills

• Social media marketing and online marketing
• Web analytics and data interpretation
• Clear communication with teams and stakeholders
• Experience with Google Analytics, social media management platforms and advertising managers is beneficial
• Content creation, basic graphic design or SEO experience is a plus
