Digital Marketing & Content Specialist

About the role

Omega Software is seeking a full‑time Digital Marketing & Content Specialist to bring its marketing strategy to life across digital channels. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you will create compelling content, run campaigns and grow the company’s online presence in the hospitality and retail sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Write and publish blog posts, case studies, and product materials that resonate with restaurant owners, retailers and other B2B buyers.
• Manage and optimise Omega’s website, improving SEO performance and user experience.
• Plan, execute and monitor social media activity, with a focus on LinkedIn.
• Design and launch email nurture campaigns that guide leads through the buying journey.
• Support paid search and social advertising, track performance across channels and report results.
• Coordinate freelance designers and video producers as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience executing digital marketing tactics across SEO/SEM, email, social media and marketing automation.
• Strong copywriting ability with a talent for turning technical product features into clear, benefit‑focused messaging.
• Comfortable managing website content and using analytics to drive improvements.
• Well‑organized, self‑driven and detail‑oriented, able to juggle multiple projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in B2B software, SaaS or technology is a plus.
