Dental Sales Specialist

About the role

A regional distributor of premium orthodontic appliances is looking for a Dental Sales Specialist in Beirut. The role suits someone who enjoys prospecting, cold outreach and turning new leads into lasting partnerships with orthodontists. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Key responsibilities

• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales volume and revenue targets for your territory.
• Prospect the Beirut market to find new clinics and generate leads.
• Initiate contact with orthodontists and introduce the company's clinical concepts.
• Nurture relationships with dental specialists and build brand awareness across Lebanon.
• Follow corporate code of conduct in all commercial and medical interactions.
• Own the full sales cycle, from presentation and negotiation to delivery, payment collection and after-sales support.
• Carry out other professional, market-driven tasks needed for regional commercial success.

Required profile

• Genuine enthusiasm for the sales process, especially cold introductions and new leads.
• 1 to 3 years of sales experience in the dental or medical device industry is a plus; experience selling directly to orthodontists is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Dental Technology, Biomedical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Fluency in Arabic and English; French is a plus.
