Customer Success Specialist – Viova

About the role

We are seeking an organized, client‑focused Customer Success Specialist to support our growing dealer base across the DACH region, the UK, Ireland, and beyond. This entry‑level position works closely with senior CSMs to ensure new dealership clients get the most out of the Viova AI platform from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Guide end‑to‑end onboarding for new dealership clients, ensuring a smooth launch.
• Assist clients with setup, configuration, and day‑to‑day usage of the Viova platform.
• Handle incoming support tickets and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Monitor account health, flag potential issues, and collaborate with CSMs.
• Conduct platform walkthroughs and training sessions for dealership staff.
• Collect client feedback and relay it to product and tech teams.
• Educate clients on Viova AI capabilities to drive adoption.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of experience in customer support, success, or a client‑facing role.
• Fluent English (spoken and written); German, Spanish, or Italian a strong plus.
• Comfortable with technology and curious about AI.
• Clear, friendly communicator who builds rapport easily.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and takes initiative.
• Based in Europe and available to work CET or UK business hours.
