Customer Success Specialist (Entry Level)

About the role

As a Customer Success Specialist you will join Aspire Software’s growing team to support dealership clients using the Viova AI platform. The position is entry‑level, Europe‑based and focuses on onboarding, day‑to‑day support, and ensuring clients get maximum value from the solution.

Key responsibilities

• Guide new dealership clients through end‑to‑end onboarding and configuration.
• Respond to support tickets and client inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Monitor account health, flagging issues to the senior CSM team.
• Conduct platform walkthroughs and training sessions for dealership staff.
• Collect client feedback and relay insights to product and tech teams.
• Educate clients on Viova AI capabilities to drive adoption.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of experience in customer support, success or a client‑facing role.
• Fluent English (spoken and written); French or Spanish a plus.
• Based in Europe and able to work CET or UK business hours.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and comfortable with technology.
