Customer Success Manager (French Speaker)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Customer Success Manager to own client relationships and drive long‑term satisfaction. The role focuses on onboarding, training, and supporting users of the Parent™ platform, acting as the primary point of contact for English‑ and French‑speaking accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for assigned accounts, managing relationships in both English and French.
• Lead onboarding and training sessions to ensure clients can use the Parent™ system effectively.
• Proactively engage with clients to meet their goals and increase satisfaction.
• Monitor account health, usage, and engagement to spot improvement and growth opportunities.
• Provide chat support daily, responding promptly to employee or customer inquiries.
• Coordinate with technical, product, and sales teams to resolve issues quickly.
• Maintain accurate account information in the CRM.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to share feedback, open support tickets, and follow up on resolutions.
• Support renewal and retention by building trust‑based relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in account management or client‑relationship roles, preferably in SaaS or technology companies.
• Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proactive, customer‑focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
