About the role
We are seeking a professional and organized Customer Service Specialist to handle student inquiries, clearly explain our services, and coordinate with tutors. This support‑focused position emphasizes strong communication, attention to detail, and a fast response pace.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to student inquiries via WhatsApp and other social platforms.
- Explain services, pricing, and processes in a clear manner.
- Coordinate communication between students and tutors.
- Track payments, confirm order details, and maintain accurate records.
- Handle complaints professionally and follow up with pending students.
- Maintain organized records using Google Sheets.
Required profile
- Strong Arabic writing skills.
- Good English communication ability.
- Fast response time and ability to manage 70–100+ daily messages.
- Highly organized and detail‑oriented.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
