Customer Service Representative – Interior Design Focus

About the role

We are seeking a professional, detail‑oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lebanon. The role combines after‑sales support with a strong understanding of interior design, furniture specifications, and technical drawings, ensuring customers receive accurate and timely assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide expert after‑sales support.
• Coordinate with sales, production, and installation teams to guarantee customer satisfaction.
• Review and interpret technical drawings, furniture specifications, and interior design details.
• Track orders, deliveries, installations, and resolve any complaints.
• Ensure all customer issues are resolved accurately and within agreed timelines.

Required profile

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in customer service.
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is highly preferred.
• Significant experience in the furniture, interior design, or fit‑out industry is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
• Ability to work under pressure and collaborate across departments.
