Customer Service Representative – Commission-Based (Remote)

About the role

We are a fast‑growing global fintech and trading firm seeking a motivated Remote Customer Service Representative. The position is 100 % commission‑based, allowing earnings to directly reflect your performance while you support clients worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Handle client inquiries via chat, email and phone, ensuring a seamless onboarding and account‑maintenance experience.
• Explain zero‑commission accounts, tight spreads, fast deposit/withdrawal processes and Islamic‑compliant (swap‑free) options.
• Guide clients through digital onboarding and resolve platform or account issues, escalating complex cases when needed.
• Provide updates on copy‑trading features, risk‑management policies and other service offerings.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service or a client‑facing role; experience in finance or fintech is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication with an empathetic, professional tone.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently from home and manage time efficiently.
• High school diploma or equivalent; business or finance education is advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software and other digital tools.
