Customer Assistance Agent

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Assistance Agent to join our remote team. In this position you will guide clients through solutions, resolve inquiries efficiently, and maintain strong relationships, supporting our mission to help professionals land their dream roles.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt and professional assistance to customers via phone, email, and live chat.
• Deliver updates to over 100 clients daily through messaging platforms.
• Facilitate onboarding for new clients with clear instructions and support.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and objections, ensuring timely resolutions.
• Proactively follow up with clients to address pending tasks or outstanding issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and implement improvements.
• Organize and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously without compromising quality.
• Maintain detailed records of all client interactions in the CRM system and record notes from scheduled meetings.
• Build strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and long‑term loyalty.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote experience in a high‑volume customer service role.
• Familiarity with recruitment and HR processes is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
• Ability to handle over 100 client interactions daily with efficiency.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Exceptional multitasking, organizational abilities and high attention to detail.
• Patience and resilience when managing difficult client interactions.
