Creator Partnerships Intern – Influencer Marketing

About the role

Join Nutrili’s fast‑growing wellness brand as a Creator Partnerships Intern. You will support the creator ecosystem across the GCC, turning influencers into long‑term brand partners that boost both equity and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in shaping and executing creator strategy for always‑on and campaign‑led activations.
• Build and maintain a network of creators from micro to top‑tier, ensuring alignment with brand values.
• Draft clear briefs, negotiate contracts, manage usage rights, and oversee compliance for paid partnerships.
• Coordinate seeding and gifting programs, handling sourcing, personalization, logistics, and follow‑up.
• Track creator performance using platform analytics and affiliate tools, optimizing campaigns based on engagement and conversion data.
• Report on KPIs such as reach, engagement, and sales impact.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or brand marketing.
• Strong relationship‑management skills with creators, agents, and internal teams.
• Solid understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and the broader creator ecosystem.
• Experience managing seeding, paid, and affiliate campaigns.
• Comfortable working with data and performance metrics.
• Clear, confident communicator with interest in wellness, beauty, or lifestyle brands.
