Creator Partnerships Executive

About the role

Nutrili is seeking a Creator Partnerships Executive to own and grow its creator ecosystem across key platforms and markets. This remote position, based in Beirut, will turn influencers and creators into long‑term brand partners that drive both brand equity and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Support Nutrili’s creator strategy for always‑on and campaign‑led activations.
• Manage a network of creators from micro to top‑tier, ensuring alignment with brand values.
• Develop clear briefs that inspire authentic, high‑quality content.
• Oversee creator seeding, gifting, and logistics, building genuine long‑term relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align creators with product launches and regional campaigns.
• Track and analyze creator performance, optimizing campaigns based on engagement, conversions and insights.
• Report on KPIs such as reach, engagement and sales impact.

Required profile

• 1‑5 years experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships or brand marketing.
• Strong relationship‑management skills with creators, agents and internal teams.
• Solid understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and the creator ecosystem.
• Experience managing seeding, paid and affiliate campaigns.
• Comfortable working with data and performance metrics.
• Clear, confident communicator with interest in wellness, beauty or lifestyle brands.
