Performance Marketing Executive - Paid Social

About the role

The Performance Marketing Executive – Paid Social will manage and optimise paid social campaigns for amana across multiple markets, supporting customer acquisition on platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, X and emerging social channels.

Key responsibilities

• Own paid social campaigns from planning and setup through daily optimisation and reporting.
• Drive acquisition across the full funnel – awareness, app installs, registrations, first deposits and first trades.
• Develop and lead creative testing strategies using performance data.
• Analyse campaign, audience and funnel data to identify growth opportunities and actionable recommendations.
• Ensure accurate tracking, attribution and event measurement with AppsFlyer and internal systems.

Required profile

• 4–5+ years of hands‑on performance marketing, paid social or digital acquisition experience.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to turn data into business decisions.
• Professional fluency in English and Arabic.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast‑paced, international environment.

Required skills

• Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Snapchat Ads Manager, X Ads platform.
• AppsFlyer or other Mobile Measurement Partner.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets (Power BI a plus).
• Knowledge of pixels, mobile SDKs, Conversion APIs, deep links and UTM parameters.
