Creative Marketing & Design Coordinator (Junior)

About the role

Ginette, one of Beirut’s leading lifestyle destinations, is seeking a Creative Marketing & Design Coordinator to bring the brand to life across print, digital and in‑space experiences. This junior, hands‑on position blends graphic design, content creation and brand activation to support the venue’s marketing, events and collaborations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and update menus, printed materials (cups, packaging, coasters, etc.)
• Manage Ginette’s social media channels, create daily visual content and write engaging captions
• Produce and schedule stories, interact with the online community
• Collaborate with photographers for seasonal campaigns
• Propose and lead brand collaborations and cultural events
• Support marketing activities for the gallery and brand partnerships

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, content creation or a similar creative role
• Strong aesthetic sense aligned with lifestyle and design brands
• Proactive, creative and idea‑driven mindset
• Fluent in Arabic and English
• Based in Beirut and available to work on‑site
