Creative Designer

About the role

NowNow is seeking a mid‑weight Creative Designer to own the execution of commercial design briefs from concept to delivery. You will work closely with the Head of Design to produce on‑brand assets for a fast‑growing on‑demand marketplace.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily design briefs such as promotional offers, banners, splash screens and campaign assets on tight deadlines.
• Create and deliver motion assets—including animated banners, GIFs and short videos—using After Effects.
• Maintain visual consistency and brand quality across all output types and organise final assets in Google Drive.
• Leverage AI tools (Midjourney, Claude, Gemini) for ideation and visual generation.

Required profile

• Mid‑level production designer with the ability to work independently from brief to final file.
• Strong typography judgment and commercial design experience in e‑commerce or FMCG contexts.

Required skills

• Adobe Photoshop – compositing, image treatment and retouching.
• Adobe Illustrator – vector layout, typography and icon design.
• Adobe After Effects – animated banners, GIFs and short video creation.
• Proficiency with AI‑generated visual tools such as Midjourney, Claude or Gemini.
• Familiarity with Figma is a plus.
