Creative Designer (Graphics & Motion) - Arabic & English

About the role

MultiFi, a trading and investing firm licensed and regulated by the Financial Services Commission of Mauritius, is looking for a creative, bilingual Graphic Designer to own the visual identity of its marketing output. The role covers social reels, campaign creatives, email templates and advertising assets, in fluent Arabic and English, working closely with marketing and sales to turn trading products and market commentary into visuals for a MENA-first, globally-minded audience.

Key responsibilities

• Design static and motion visuals for social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) including reels, stories and carousel content
• Create campaign materials for product launches and promotional pushes
• Design digital advertising creatives (display, paid social, banner ads) for Arabic and English audiences
• Build and maintain branded email and newsletter templates in coordination with content and copy
• Localize creative assets between Arabic and English, ensuring cultural and linguistic nuance
• Develop and evolve MultiFi's brand guidelines and visual direction
• Visualize the marketing strategy, campaigns and messaging
• Contribute to UX/UI design for websites, client portals, apps and campaign microsites, including wireframes, mockups and prototypes
• Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints
• Collaborate with copywriters, traders and compliance on accurate, compliant financial marketing content
• Support event and expo materials such as booth design, printed collateral and presentation decks

Required profile

• 2-4+ years of experience as a graphic designer, ideally in fintech, trading/brokerage or a related regulated industry
• Portfolio showing Arabic and English creative work (typography, layout, RTL/LTR)
• Native or fluent Arabic and English, written and at design level
• Ability to build or evolve brand identity systems
• Understanding of financial markets and trading terminology is a strong plus

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects/Premiere) and/or Figma
• UX/UI design basics: user flows, wireframing, responsive design
• Figma (or Sketch/Adobe XD) for UI mockups and prototypes
• Social-first formats (Reels, Stories) and HTML email builders such as Mailchimp
