Creative Design Specialist

About the role

A visually driven Creative Design Specialist is sought, covering graphic design, creative research, content ideation, photography and video support, Reels editing and AI-assisted content creation. The role works closely with the marketing team and adapts creative work to different markets and audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Research design trends, photography references, Reel trends, social media formats, home and lifestyle trends and competitor activity; build mood boards, inspiration boards and campaign concepts, and keep an organized database of creative assets.
• Design digital and print assets, including outdoor media and packaging, and graphics for seasonal campaigns, social media, emailers, e-newsletters and blog posts.
• Create e-commerce and website visuals such as banners, product pages and landing pages, following UX best practices.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on branding, campaigns and promotions, adapting content to each market's culture, audience and product availability.
• Support lifestyle photography and videography: briefs, shot lists, photoshoot attendance, retouching and optimization, and Reels editing.
• Create selected AI-assisted Reels and visuals, keeping them accurate, realistic and consistent with the brand.
• Maintain brand identity and guidelines, including approved templates, fonts, colors, logo usage and visual standards, and respect copyright, image licensing and music usage.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in graphic design, creative content, social media, marketing or visual communication.
• Strong graphic design portfolio showing creativity, visual judgment and brand sensitivity.
• Good command of English and Arabic; French is an advantage.

Required skills

• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Emailers, newsletters and web/e-commerce design with UX understanding.
• Print production, prepress and file preparation for outdoor media and packaging.
• Video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects.
• Familiarity with AI creative tools is desirable.
