About the role

As Country Manager you will own CloackX’s growth in Lebanon, leading a remote sales team to acquire and retain clients while ensuring regulatory and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

Manage, scale and motivate a high‑performing remote sales team.
Drive client acquisition, conversion and revenue growth in the Lebanese market.
Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and operational best practices.

Required profile

5+ years of experience in FX/CFD or financial services sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Based in Lebanon and able to work remotely.
Fluent in Arabic and English.
Proven ability to lead teams and manage client acquisition and retention.

Required skills

Strong practical knowledge of Forex/CFD trading platforms.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales performance tools.
