Copy Support Associate

About the role

The Copy Support Associate will strengthen the Client Growth & Engagement Department by expanding the capacity to produce high‑quality property content and manage listings. Working under the supervision of the Client Engagement & Copy Specialist, the role focuses on drafting property descriptions, maintaining listing data, and ensuring accurate portal publishing.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and edit property descriptions for residential and rental listings using briefs, templates, and company guidelines.
• Produce copy for featured or premium listings, reflecting elevated property positioning.
• Update and refresh existing listings when properties change, prices are adjusted, or repositioning occurs.
• Build and maintain a library of reusable copy components such as area descriptions and amenity summaries.
• Enter new property listings into internal systems and portal back‑ends, ensuring all required fields, pricing, specifications, availability, agent details, and media are accurately populated.
• Monitor active listings for outdated information, flagging or updating as directed.
• Maintain an organized log of active, pending, and archived listings for easy reference.
• Cross‑check listing data against information supplied by sales or property management to correct discrepancies.

Required profile

• Ability to follow briefs, templates, and guidelines to produce consistent copy.
• Strong attention to detail for accurate data entry and content verification.
• Capability to work collaboratively under supervision of the Client Engagement & Copy Specialist.
