Content Spokesperson

About the role

The company is seeking a charismatic Content Spokesperson to be the public face of its recruitment brand. You will create on‑camera video content, host live and virtual events, and engage audiences across social media and industry gatherings.

Key responsibilities

• Produce short educational videos for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Conduct street‑style interviews in Beirut with a production crew.
• Star in promotional ad campaigns reaching large audiences.
• Lead webinars and online events, delivering clear presentations to sizable groups.
• Represent the brand at career fairs, networking events, expos and other public venues.
• Participate in photoshoots and create visual assets for marketing collateral.
• Engage with community members to understand needs and provide tailored information.
• Travel across the Gulf region to generate content and attract new audiences.
• Publish content on both company channels and personal profiles to maximize reach.

Required profile

• Proven experience creating direct‑to‑camera video content with measurable engagement.
• Background or strong interest in recruitment or business sectors.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Demonstrated public‑speaking ability through webinars, events or on‑camera roles.
• Extroverted, energetic personality with excellent communication and rapport‑building skills.
• Adaptable and quick‑learning, able to memorize scripts and adjust to changing scenarios.
