Content Creator – Social Media Video Production

About the role

We are looking for a creative Content Creator who will turn approved concepts, briefs and scripts into engaging short‑form videos for our brands’ social media channels. Working closely with the Brand and Social Media teams, you will manage the full production cycle from planning and filming to editing and final delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret briefs and scripts into treatment, shot lists and production plans that convey the intended message.
• Propose hooks, storytelling approaches, locations and visual formats that enhance campaign objectives.
• Organise and execute batch filming sessions across offices, branches, ATMs, merchant venues, events and lifestyle settings.
• Set up and operate cameras, mobile devices, microphones, lighting and other production accessories.
• Identify and coordinate internal or external talent, and appear on‑camera when required.
• Capture product demos, tutorials, employee stories, launches, partnerships and behind‑the‑scenes footage.
• Edit short‑form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok and other platforms, applying pacing, colour correction, subtitles, text overlays, transitions, music and basic motion graphics.
• Deliver publication‑ready files that meet each platform’s technical specifications and incorporate feedback promptly.

Required profile

• Strong visual storytelling sense and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Comfortable appearing on‑camera and directing non‑professional participants.
• Proactive attitude toward social‑media trends and cultural relevance.
• Excellent collaboration skills with brand, marketing and production teams.

Required skills

• Camera operation and lighting setup
• Video editing (including colour correction, subtitles and basic motion graphics)
• Familiarity with short‑form formats for Instagram Reels, TikTok and similar platforms
• Use of mobile devices and production accessories for on‑location shoots
