Community Manager & Content Creator

About the role

HNZ Holding is seeking a creative and socially‑driven Community Manager & Content Creator to join its marketing team in Beirut. You will be responsible for nurturing online communities, boosting audience interaction, and producing dynamic short‑form content that reflects the brand’s voice.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily engagement across all company social media platforms.
• Respond professionally to comments, messages, mentions, and reviews.
• Handle online feedback and coordinate complaints with relevant departments.
• Build strong relationships with followers and encourage community interaction.
• Create engaging stories, reels, captions, and real‑time content.
• Capture and edit video content during events, campaigns, and on‑site visits.
• Identify relevant social media trends, topics, and engagement opportunities.
• Coordinate with the Growth Lead, content creators, and graphic designers.
• Monitor content performance, audience feedback, and engagement metrics.

Required profile

• Previous experience in community management, social media, or content creation.
• Strong communication and copywriting skills in Arabic and English.
• Ability to film and edit short‑form videos and reels.
• Familiarity with current social media trends and content‑editing tools.
• Creative, organized, responsive, and comfortable appearing on camera when needed.
• Capability to manage multiple brands and meet deadlines.
