This position acts as the operational engine behind sales efforts, ensuring deals progress smoothly and stakeholders stay informed. Key responsibilities

• Prepare briefings, talking points, and account summaries ahead of client meetings.
• Track and follow up on action items from meetings to keep deals and projects moving forward.
• Manage sales documentation, quotes, and client materials with strong attention to detail.
• Coordinate scheduling, communications, and logistics to support a busy sales leader.
• Build and maintain organized systems for tracking client relationships and pipeline activity.
• Interface directly with clients in a professional, polished, and personable manner.
• Support office operations such as unlocking doors, refreshing diffusers, handling mail, and restocking supplies.
