Cold Caller & Project Manager – Exhibition Services

About the role

VisionEX is looking for a motivated Cold Caller / Project Manager to join its Beirut office. The role combines outbound sales outreach with end‑to‑end project coordination for exhibition stand projects, ensuring clients receive a seamless experience from the first call to on‑site installation.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients, introduce VisionEX services and schedule meetings.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads using CRM software.
• Plan, monitor and control project timelines, ensuring milestones are met.
• Coordinate with internal design and production teams to align deliverables with client expectations.
• Liaise directly with clients throughout the project lifecycle, addressing questions and updates.
• Ensure project goals are achieved within agreed deadlines and budgets.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cold calling and client interaction.
• Proven ability to manage projects, organize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of exhibition stand design or fabrication processes is a plus.
• Team‑player attitude with a focus on maintaining client relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Previous experience in sales, cold calling or project management is highly valued.
• Proactive problem‑solving mindset and attention to detail.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are beneficial.
