Cold Caller & Project Manager (Exhibition Services)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Cold Caller & Project Manager to join our Beirut office. In this dual‑role you will generate new business through outbound calls and simultaneously manage exhibition stand projects from concept to installation.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients, present VisionEX services and schedule meetings.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline in the CRM system.
• Plan, monitor and control project timelines, ensuring milestones are met.
• Coordinate with internal design and production teams to align deliverables.
• Liaise with clients throughout the project lifecycle, addressing questions and ensuring satisfaction.
• Handle multiple projects concurrently while meeting quality and deadline requirements.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cold calling and client interaction.
• Proven ability to organise, multitask and deliver project milestones on time.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Previous experience in sales, cold calling or project management is a significant advantage.
• Basic knowledge of exhibition stand design or fabrication processes is a plus.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are beneficial.
