Coffee Specialist

About the role

Join the Nespresso boutique as a Coffee Specialist and become the face of a premium coffee brand. You will welcome customers, guide them through the product range, and create memorable coffee experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the boutique’s appearance according to company standards.
• Restock display cubicles with capsules, machines, and accessories daily.
• Welcome clients, identify their needs, and provide tailored advice on Nespresso products and services.
• Introduce Club members to coffee tasting and promote the full product portfolio.
• Perform initial analysis of reported machine breakdowns and direct customers to after‑sales support.
• Drive sales of coffee, machines, and accessories, meeting individual and boutique targets.
• Handle cash transactions, process credit‑card payments, and reconcile tills.
• Register new customers, open accounts, and keep the customer database up to date.

Required profile

• At least secondary school education.
• 1‑2 years of professional experience in direct customer sales of premium products.
• Proven success as a Coffee Specialist or similar retail role.
• Comfortable with upselling, cross‑selling, and cash handling.
