Clinical Simulation Center Supervisor

About the role

The School of Medicine seeks a Clinical Simulation Center Supervisor to manage daily operations across its Byblos campus and the Achrafieh satellite site. Reporting to the Director of the LAU Clinical Simulation Center, the supervisor will ensure seamless delivery of experiential learning activities for health‑profession students.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the Clinical Simulation Center, including scheduling, room preparation, and staff coverage.
• Coordinate and facilitate simulation sessions, troubleshooting technical issues as they arise.
• Collaborate with faculty to plan, develop, and deliver experiential learning activities, including scenario design for standardized patients and high‑fidelity simulators.
• Manage inventory, maintenance, and procurement of simulation equipment and furnishings.
• Prepare and issue course certificates, and support student debriefing and assessment.
• Lead annual CPR instruction for health‑profession students and organize faculty training on new simulation technologies.
• Assist with budget preparation, monitor expenses, and generate reports on center performance.
