Clinical Sales Representative Graduate – Neuromodulation

About the role

Boston Scientific is seeking a motivated recent graduate to join its Neuromodulation Division as a Clinical Sales Representative Graduate. Based in Lebanon, you will support healthcare professionals across the North Africa region, balancing clinical assistance with commercial activities.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver clinical support and commercial activities across assigned North African countries.
• Partner with the sales team to identify customer needs and contribute to account strategies.
• Support physicians and operating‑room staff during clinical procedures after product training.
• Serve as a trusted clinical resource for physicians, nurses, and hospital teams.
• Provide product education, therapy development, and ongoing clinical support.
• Increase market share through product training, evaluations, and procedural support.
• Participate in customer meetings, product demonstrations, educational programs, and industry events.
• Identify upcoming tenders and business opportunities through customer engagement.
• Collaborate with regional colleagues to develop proactive service plans.
• Document customer interactions in the company’s CRM system and maintain alignment with Salesforce and Commercial Contracting teams.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a passion for healthcare and medical devices.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the North Africa region.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Motivation to develop both clinical expertise and commercial capabilities.
