Clinic Manager - The Skin Clinic

About the role

The Skin Clinic is a patient-focused medical aesthetics clinic offering dermatological, plastic surgery and aesthetic treatments, run by a multidisciplinary team. It is looking for an experienced, organized and proactive Clinic Manager to oversee daily operations in Beirut, ensuring efficient clinic operations, high standards of patient care and customer service, and supervision of administrative and clinical support teams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations and supervise, train and evaluate front-desk, administrative and clinical support staff.
• Manage appointment scheduling, patient flow and inter-department coordination to minimize waiting times.
• Handle patient inquiries, feedback and complaints professionally.
• Coordinate with doctors and medical staff on daily clinical activities.
• Monitor inventory, medical supplies, equipment needs and procurement.
• Support budget planning, expense monitoring, financial reporting and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, hygiene protocols, patient confidentiality and safety standards.
• Develop and improve internal policies, procedures and workflows.
• Take part in recruitment, onboarding, training, performance evaluations and staff development.
• Monitor clinic performance, report to management and collaborate to improve patient satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or relevant diploma in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Medical Administration or a related field.
• Previous experience in clinic management, healthcare administration or a similar managerial position, preferably in dermatology, plastic surgery or medical aesthetics.
• Strong leadership, organizational, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Arabic and English; French is an advantage.
• Preferred: experience managing a dermatology, plastic surgery or aesthetic medicine clinic, SOP development and familiarity with patient relationship management.

Required skills

• Proficiency in clinic management systems, electronic medical records and Microsoft Office.
• Experience in budgeting, financial monitoring, inventory management and resource allocation.
