Remote Psychologist – Individual Consultations

About the role

Bewoduh is an Arabic platform offering educational content on psychological topics and remote individual consultations with psychologists and life coaches. It is looking for a Psychologist to work fully remotely (100% remote) under a flexible Service Agreement, providing individual consultations and psychological support based on scientific evidence and free of judgment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct systematic psychological assessments.
• Design and deliver proven counseling and therapeutic interventions.
• Document sessions and treatment plans clearly and according to the highest ethical standards.
• Use the platform's interactive tools (such as the vocal stress scale and personality style tests) as a scientific and practical input to enrich sessions.
• Collaborate continuously with the clinical supervision team to ensure consistent, high-quality support.
• Maintain professional boundaries, follow confidentiality and privacy protocols, and refer beneficiaries to specialized medical services when needed.

Required profile

• A valid official license to practice psychology in the country of residence (preferred and prioritized).
• Solid foundation in psychology and mental health, with strong competence in the therapeutic approaches used on the platform: Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Attachment Theory.
• Proven experience providing individual support for relationship issues, trauma recovery, detachment and healing from toxic or abusive relationships.
• Ability to explain psychological concepts simply through short videos (Reels) aligned with the platform's mission.
• Fluent Arabic and professional-level English, with empathetic communication skills.
• Open-minded, collaborative and committed to continuous professional development, including regular clinical supervision.
• A suitable, neutral technical environment for remote sessions with good audio and lighting.
