Chief of Staff – Human Resources

About the role

We are looking for an experienced HR Chief of Staff to act as a strategic and operational partner to the CHRO. This senior role will translate HR strategy into execution, improve operations, and ensure alignment across people initiatives and business priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Partner closely with the CHRO to shape and execute HR strategy in line with organizational goals.
• Support workforce planning, talent strategy, DEI initiatives, and organizational design.
• Prepare executive and board‑level HR presentations, dashboards, and reports.
• Oversee key HR programs such as talent acquisition, performance management, learning & development, compensation & benefits, and employee engagement.
• Drive cross‑functional HR initiatives, identify process inefficiencies and implement scalable improvements.
• Act as liaison between the CHRO, HR leadership, business leaders, and external partners, facilitating meetings and ensuring alignment.
• Support organizational change initiatives, culture, employee experience, and embed DEI, inclusion, and wellbeing across the organization.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in HR leadership roles (HR Business Partner, HR Operations, HR Strategy, People & Culture, or similar).
• Proven experience supporting senior leadership or C‑suite executives.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and people operations.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.
• High level of discretion and professionalism.
