About the role

We are seeking a CD Operations Specialist to drive operational excellence across Customer Development teams in Jordan. You will lead commercial planning, trade marketing execution, and data‑driven insights to support business growth while ensuring seamless coordination with sales, finance, and marketing functions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the planning and consolidation of monthly commercial and trade‑marketing plans, promotional forecasting, and volume alignment.
• Manage shopper‑marketing activations and customer promotions, ensuring strong in‑market execution and ROI.
• Oversee customer mapping, route‑to‑market, and Perfect Store data to boost field‑sales effectiveness.
• Transform commercial, distributor, and market data into actionable insights; develop sales, stock, pricing, and trade‑investment reporting.
• Lead claims reconciliation, contract tracking, promotional analysis, and investment governance.
• Champion operational excellence through process simplification, automation, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain commercial systems, pricing governance, and monthly performance reviews.
• Build analytical capabilities and foster a data‑driven culture across the organization.

Required profile
