Car Sales Showroom Manager

About the role

The Car Sales Showroom Manager is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Beirut. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming showroom environment, maintaining high standards of vehicle presentation, and driving efficient sales processes.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day showroom operations and ensure a professional customer experience.
• Lead and motivate the sales team, set sales targets and track performance.
• Manage pre‑owned vehicle sales, including valuation, pricing and presentation.
• Handle customer inquiries, negotiate sales, and coordinate test drives.
• Maintain accurate inventory and sales records.
• Collaborate with senior management on pricing, promotions and marketing initiatives.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements to increase revenue and customer retention.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in sales processes and showroom management.
• Strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
• Experience in pre‑owned vehicle sales, valuation and pricing.
• Demonstrated leadership and team‑development abilities.
• Solid understanding of automotive retail operations, inventory control and basic financial reporting.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort with hybrid work arrangements and proficiency with digital tools for CRM, scheduling and reporting.
• Relevant experience in car sales or showroom management; a degree in business, marketing or a related field is an advantage.
