About the role
We are looking for a seasonal Canteen Attendant to join our kitchen brigade in Beirut. You will support food preparation, maintain a clean and hygienic environment, and ensure smooth service for our canteen customers.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare kitchen equipment and tools for daily use.
- Assemble and prep ingredients for menu items.
- Prepare simple food items and meals for canteen service.
- Maintain storage areas and monitor stock levels.
- Clean kitchen workspaces, equipment, and handle waste disposal.
- Uphold high standards of personal and kitchen hygiene.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- HACCP certification preferred.
- Previous experience in an F&B kitchen environment.
- Excellent oral and written skills in the local language; additional language is a plus.
- Team‑player attitude, able to work under pressure and find proactive solutions.
- Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Professional, confidential, and ethical approach at all times.
- Commitment to safe and organized work practices.
