Call Center Specialist

About the role

You’ll be the voice of maids.cc, helping customers, guiding them, solving their problems and ensuring every interaction feels smooth, clear and professional. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, thinking on their feet and turning confusion into clarity.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp and chat conversations.
• Understand customer needs and recommend the right service.
• Solve problems, handle complaints and keep customers confident and calm.
• Process bookings, payments, refunds and account updates.
• Track customer feedback and help improve communication.
• Collaborate with CX, sales and tech teams to make conversations smarter and faster.

Required profile

• Strong spoken and written English.
• Clear communication and ability to explain things simply.
• Customer‑first mindset with good problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple chats/calls without losing focus.
• Comfortable working in shifts, including weekends if needed.
• Experience with call‑center tools or CRM systems (Ziwo is a plus).
• Fresh graduates and early‑career candidates welcome; attitude, intelligence and drive are valued over long CVs.
