About the role

As a Call Center Specialist at maids.cc, you will be the primary voice interacting with customers across multiple channels. You will help guide users, resolve issues, and ensure every conversation feels smooth, clear, and professional.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp messages, and live‑chat conversations.
• Understand customer needs and recommend the appropriate maids.cc service.
• Resolve problems, manage complaints, and keep customers confident and calm.
• Process bookings, payments, refunds, and account updates.
• Track customer feedback and contribute to continuous improvement of communication.
• Collaborate with CX, sales, and tech teams to make interactions smarter and faster.

Required profile

• Strong spoken and written English with clear communication skills.
• Customer‑first mindset and solid problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple chats or calls simultaneously without losing focus.
• Comfortable working in shifts, including weekends when needed.
• Fresh graduates and early‑career candidates are welcome; attitude, intelligence, and drive are valued over extensive experience.

Required skills

• Experience with call‑center tools or CRM systems (e.g., Ziwo is a plus).
