About the role

We are a fast‑growing agency that helps businesses acquire new clients and increase revenue. We are looking for a highly motivated Call Center Agent to identify new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and contribute to our rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads through proactive prospecting and networking.
• Contact prospects via email, phone calls, and video calls.
• Conduct virtual or in‑person meetings to present and demonstrate our products.
• Build and nurture relationships with prospects and existing clients.
• Provide support, information, and guidance throughout the sales process.
• Maintain accurate records and reports of activities and outcomes.
• Attend exhibitions, conferences, and meetings to represent the company.
• Review sales performance and adjust strategies as needed.
• Negotiate contracts and package deals.
• Work towards monthly and annual sales targets.
