Business Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Manager to lead sales growth, cost optimisation and quality improvement across all channels. The role reports directly to top management, providing strategic recommendations and ensuring the business meets its financial and operational targets.

Key responsibilities

• Drive product sales, growth and continuous cost‑quality improvements.
• Communicate operational and sales results to senior leadership and propose improvement plans.
• Collect and analyse performance data, adjust programmes and align stakeholders.
• Define and execute strategic, commercial and brand agendas across multiple sales channels.
• Monitor competitors, market trends and provide feedback on new products, pricing and launches.
• Set, track and enforce sales targets while ensuring accurate product delivery.
• Collaborate with group management to shape vision and develop supporting strategies.
• Prepare and maintain procedures approved by the board of directors.
• Oversee annual budgeting, operating plans and submit them for committee approval.
• Recruit, manage and develop the business team in line with HR policies and legal requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business management, sales and operations.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret data and drive performance improvements.
• Excellent communication skills for reporting to top management and coordinating with cross‑functional teams.
• Demonstrated capability in budgeting, financial planning and KPI monitoring.
• Leadership experience in recruiting, managing and developing staff while ensuring compliance with regulations.
