About the role

Abacus Lebanon is seeking a Business Lead for an affiliated business operating in Lebanon and Syria. This temporary position will focus on communicating with companies in targeted industries and documenting outcomes to support the firm’s consulting, financial advisory, and operational excellence services.

Key responsibilities

Engage with businesses across specific sectors to understand their needs and convey solutions.
Record and report interaction outcomes to internal teams.
Maintain strong relationships with clients in both Lebanon and Syria.
Assist in identifying new business opportunities and support follow‑up activities.

Required profile

Excellent communication abilities with confidence in presenting ideas.
Fluency in Arabic; proficiency in English or French is highly desirable.
Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.

Required skills

Strong verbal and written communication in Arabic.
