Business Director

About the role

The Business Director will lead business planning and growth initiatives for Intuwition, a digital marketing agency. Based in Beirut with a hybrid work model, this senior position oversees sales performance, client relationships, and cross‑functional team alignment to drive measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Set and monitor revenue targets, reviewing performance reports and campaign metrics.
• Identify new market opportunities and develop strategic growth plans.
• Oversee sales pipelines, negotiate contracts, and drive new business acquisition.
• Manage key client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long‑term retention.
• Guide and mentor cross‑functional teams, aligning marketing and commercial strategies with company objectives.
• Represent the agency in strategic discussions with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability to interpret data and support decision‑making.
• Proven experience in business planning, strategic thinking, and market expansion.
• Demonstrated team leadership and management skills.
• Successful sales track record with pipeline management and contract negotiation.
• Background in digital marketing, advertising, or performance marketing is highly beneficial.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; advanced degree is a plus.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setting in Beirut and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
