About the role
New Larys Pharm S.A.R.L is seeking a Business Development Specialist to drive growth within the Lebanese pharmaceutical market. This full‑time, on‑site position will focus on uncovering new opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting the company’s expansion strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and market segments.
- Conduct market research and analyse trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Generate leads, nurture prospects, and convert them into long‑term clients.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers, ensuring high satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to achieve revenue targets.
- Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and performance dashboards.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or a related field (preferred).
- Prior experience in business development, sales, or a comparable role within the healthcare sector.
- Demonstrated ability to plan strategically and solve problems effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for professional relationship building.
