Business Development Representative – Outbound Lead Generation

About the role

The Business Development Representative (BDR) at 1DS Collective will be the first point of contact for prospective brand partners. You will use research, strategic messaging, and relationship‑building to generate qualified leads and book discovery calls for the founders.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting via cold email, LinkedIn outreach, and phone calls.
• Research target brands, identify decision‑makers, and qualify leads based on budget, timeline, pain points, and strategic fit.
• Develop personalized cold‑email campaigns and structured follow‑up sequences across multiple channels.
• Maintain detailed records of conversations, objections, and outcomes in the CRM.
• Book discovery calls between qualified prospects and the sales team, clearly presenting 1DS Collective’s value proposition.
• Track activity and outcome targets, test and refine messaging, and contribute ideas for new outreach channels.
• Collaborate with the sales team on weekly pipeline reviews and participate in coaching sessions.

Required profile

• Native‑level proficiency in English with excellent pronunciation and communication skills.
• Strong research and analytical abilities to identify ideal customer profiles.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting outreach and meeting‑booking targets.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with founders and sales colleagues.
