Business Development Officer

About the role

InPlay Media is seeking a Business Development Officer to drive revenue growth for its digital advertising network inside padel clubs in Lebanon. The role is full‑time, based on‑site in Antelias, and focuses on acquiring new advertisers and partners while expanding the network’s reach.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the sports and leisure advertising market.
• Prospect potential clients, prepare proposals and manage the sales pipeline from initial contact to closing.
• Meet with advertisers and partners to present InPlay Media’s network offering and negotiate contract terms.
• Analyze campaign performance and market trends to refine sales strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align product offerings with client needs.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients and represent the company professionally.
• Support revenue growth targets and contribute to the strategic expansion of the advertising network.

Required profile

• Proven new‑business development experience, including prospecting, lead generation and deal closing.
• Strong analytical and financial understanding to assess opportunities, pricing and campaign performance.
• Excellent communication skills for presentations, negotiations and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Customer‑service orientation with a focus on building long‑term client relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in media, advertising or sports‑related industries is an advantage.
• Ability to work on‑site in Antelias, manage multiple accounts and meet sales targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic office software.
• Experience using CRM tools.
