Business Development & Marketing Executive (Remote, UAE Hours)

About the role

We Are The Brand is looking for a proactive Business Development & Marketing Executive to work remotely from Lebanon while aligning with UAE working hours. You will collaborate directly with the founder, contributing to both the commercial growth and day‑to‑day execution of client projects across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify new business, client, and partnership opportunities.
• Support business development activities, including lead generation and pipeline management.
• Prepare proposals, pitch decks, and other client‑facing materials.
• Assist client accounts to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Coordinate influencer campaigns from planning through execution.
• Maintain campaign trackers, reports, meeting notes, and client updates.
• Support social media execution, community management, and performance reporting.
• Help organise brand launches, events, and activations.
• Work closely with the founder on strategic priorities and daily tasks.
• Contribute creative ideas that enhance client brands and drive agency growth.

Required profile

• Based in Lebanon and available to work on UAE hours.
• Fluent in English and Arabic with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Self‑starter who takes initiative, solves problems and thrives in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Creative mindset balanced with commercial awareness.
• Confident when interacting with clients, creators and partners.
• Ambitious, curious and eager to continuously learn.
