Business Development Manager – SMB Sales

About the role

Servme is looking for a high‑performing Business Development Manager to own the full SMB sales cycle for its hospitality guest‑experience platform. You will work directly with restaurant owners, founders and operators, positioning Servme as a critical solution to streamline their operations and boost revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute the end‑to‑end SMB sales process, from qualified lead to closed‑won.
• Conduct discovery calls and product demos with decision‑makers.
• Manage inbound leads and generate outbound outreach to build a robust pipeline.
• Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, forecasting and CRM hygiene.
• Collaborate with SDR, Marketing and Customer Success teams for smooth hand‑over.
• Provide market and customer feedback to Product and Marketing teams.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of experience in SMB, B2B or SaaS sales.
• Proven track record of closing deals and meeting revenue goals.
• Experience selling to SMB decision‑makers such as owners, founders or general managers.
• Strong presentation, negotiation and objection‑handling abilities.
• Highly driven, results‑oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
