Business Development Manager / Sales Manager

About the role

Your primary responsibility will be to grow our client base and contribute to reaching our annual sales goals. You will be the front‑line connection between our company and potential clients—crafting compelling outreach strategies, preparing tailored presentations, and designing onboarding experiences that convert interest into long‑term partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead outbound and inbound sales efforts
• Leverage your network to generate qualified leads and close deals
• Book and lead intro meetings and presentations
• Tailor proposals and pitch decks to client needs
• Develop a structured client onboarding strategy
• Collaborate closely with creative, tech, and strategy teams
• Define and track KPIs tied to our yearly sales targets
• Maintain a healthy pipeline and CRM visibility
• Represent the brand with clarity, confidence, and integrity

Required profile

• 5–7+ years in business development or sales, preferably at a media/creative/tech agency
• Strong portfolio of previous clients or accounts managed
• Proven ability to hit revenue goals and grow client relationships
• Sharp communication, storytelling, and negotiation skills
• Experience preparing and delivering custom sales presentations
• Familiarity with CRM tools, sales funnels, and reporting
• Self‑starter with a strategic mindset and ability to work independently

What we offer

• Base Salary: $2,000 – $3,000 per month
