Business Development Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to join PU Prime’s fast‑growing team remotely. In this role you will expand our network of Introducing Brokers (IB) and affiliates, driving client acquisition for our global CFD brokerage.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, onboard and manage IB and affiliate partnerships across target markets.
• Generate client leads through partner networks, social media and affiliate channels.
• Provide regular performance insights and reporting on partner activity.
• Maintain long‑term relationships to ensure high‑volume traffic and revenue.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor actions and regulatory developments in the CFD/Forex space.

Required profile

• Proven experience in partnership management, business development or sales.
• Ability to balance relationship building with achieving numerical targets.
• Strong knowledge of CFDs, Forex and online trading platforms (MT4, MT5) is highly preferred.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
