Business Development Manager – BESS Sales (Lebanon)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Engineer to join our dynamic renewable-energy team as a BESS Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical knowledge of solar PV and energy-storage systems with excellent communication and sales abilities to drive growth and deliver innovative solutions to our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities in the solar and energy-storage sector.
• Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies for commercial and industrial projects.
• Design preliminary system layouts using PVsyst, Helioscope, or AutoCAD.
• Prepare and deliver technical proposals, quotations, and financial analyses.
• Present system designs, performance estimates, and ROI calculations to customers.
• Collaborate with engineering and installation teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Stay informed about industry trends, technologies, and regulatory changes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy Engineering (or equivalent).
• 4+ years of experience in industrial solar energy sales, technical sales, and system design.
• Strong understanding of solar PV and storage systems.
• MBA is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with solar design tools: PVsyst, Helioscope, AutoCAD.
• MS Office Suite.
• Knowledge of solar PV systems.
• Knowledge of energy-storage systems.
